LG KP 500 (cookie) PUK/PIN code

Good day,

There are a lot of requests regarding PUK codes.

When you enter your SIM PIN number wrong to many times you will need your PUK code. This is useful when your phone is stolen, because you can not loose any money due to call charges.

There are two ways to get your PUK number.
The first way you can get your PUK is to consult your documentation that came with your SIM Card. Somewhere your PUK will be given within the documentation.

The other way to get your PUK if you don't have your documentation or lost it, is to phone your mobile service provider. They will ask you a few details and then be able to give you the PUK code for the SIM card.

sir please call to the related simcard customercare and say the last 6-digit number which is present before the simcard. then they will give the pukcode number to unlock the cellphone...........

Get PUK from Service Provider...

hello,once your mobile phone ask for PUK CODE,all you need to do is to call your service provider because they are the only one that can give it to you.they will only ask you for your mobile number and you will be provided with your puk code free off charge.

puk code is from you guessing your sim's password too many times. just call your carrier to reset.

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

You need to call the phone company that sold you the phone card to unlock the phone.

PUK means "personal unlocking key" .

The PUK code is asked if you enter a wrong pin 3 times.

You need to call the phone company that released the SIM card, they can retrieve the puk code from a database for free.

In your case you need to contact your SIM card phone provider technical support to unlock the SIM.


The PIN and PUK are related to the SIM card, not to the phone.

If you replace the SIM card with a different one, then the phone will not ask for the PUK anymore.

, i done the same thing and i didn't quite know what a puk code was so i went on the internet and search tesco mobile puk code . it then asked me to put in my model and number and then instantly displayed me with a puk code! i was amazed! if you do the same with your network hopefully you should gain a clue or some help!:)
