Need to disable port locker, forgot password.

Go to Start > Control Panel
Right click on Bit Locker
To turn off or temporarily disable BitLocker
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

Click Turn Off BitLocker. This opens the BitLocker Drive Encryption dialog box.
To decrypt the drive, click Decrypt the volume. To temporarily disable BitLocker, click Disable BitLocker Drive Encryption.

You will need to recover the unit as you will not get in unless you have a password un-locker.

u have to install window 7 again in ur pc , If u install window 7 than bit locker again give u option to unlock the disk using password but if u forget ur password of bit locker then it give u another option to open it, and this opition is to fill the recovery key into bit locker if u saved it and it is different to all driver ,if u also do'nt have this than there i s no method to open the hard drive without formatting it

you can have a password reset at from your costumer care center. but some times they will choose for a software update, which will loose all your data s.so better specify them to have only the password reset.

You'll most likely need help from a locksmith. Basically, the lock can be picked, to get the safe open. There might also be a factory pre-set code.
