I have a samsung ds 24d phone will not ring - NEC Electra Professional ETW-16DC-2

scroll thru settings menu till you reach ring settings then adjust ring count

here follow the instructions:

1. Press the transfer button and enter 200
2. Enter password ** 1234** default.
3. Enter 1 to enable
4. Press SPK button and enter 505
5. Display will read
OLD: 1040703: 1125
NEW:WMMDDYY:HHMM
For Monday April 7. time 1:00p.m
enter the following
104070313:00 and then press the Transfer button.
6. Display will return to normal..

hi, this is a feature which is in engineering programming, if you have access to this the MMC required is 501 the codes are 'Sys Hold' and 'Trans Hold', If you don't have access, you will need to contact your Telecoms maintainer. Alternatively you could use the exclusive hold, check out this site for more information - http://www.abbeytelecom.com

Hi I have posted a video for you which shows how to forward calls, you need to find out what the Voice Mail number is, so that you can set the forward to this number. there are various options for forwarding, 'All Calls' and 'Busy , No answer' are the best options, if the one uploaded is wrong chech out 'abbeytel' on Youtube where you will find the right one. Just to note that if you want to forward to your cell this is no problem. Further info vist www.abbeytelecom.com

this is an option to ring or not to ring while on a call. Your local phone man should be able to help you with that basic programming

You need to lengthen the "next port" Timing in MMC 601. 15-17 second should do it. I don't want to go into program access here as anyone could reprogram your system and possibly mess it up.. If you wanted to call me I could walk you thru it in under a minute. 909-496-5887
