Sometimes it depends on the laptop you have.. If its windows.. then it will definitely work for transporting games to your psp. Also make sure you have the Original psp USB cord. dont use a camera cord.. if you dont then i recommend Best Buy, Walmart.. etc.
The laser eye might be dirty try cleaning it if it doesnt work i just replaced my umd holder which includes the laser eye my self. But if you dont know what your doing get someone to fix it.
The only way to get downloaded PSP games to work is to have custom firmware. Custom Firmware also dont brick your PSP unless you interrupt your PSP while upgrading your PSP.
I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM!!! AHH ITS SO effed up i really need help wit it...people told me to format my memory stick which i did and nothing happend EXCEPT everything i worked for GONE (im thinking about just downloading the games) and if you do dont use PSP blender i warn u its a HUGE scam -Partymanjoe
