Automatic Restart and aftersometime it hangs

That's normal. Sometimes the games are buggy and hang the PSP. When the PSP OS detects that situation, it shuts down or restart the PSP.

You can try updating the firmware but the problem is with the games.

please use master reset in settings !!

Sounds like your hardrive is starting to fail-backup all files!!!

Looks like a bad Memory dimm, try replacing it.
