I have a Canon MX700, and I want to be able to print labels straight onto CDs/DVDs.
I have the right kind of CDs & DVDs, I just can't work out how to send it through the printer. I bought this thing on the understanding that it COULD actually do this.
Can anyone give me some suggestinos ?
You need a cd bender -- this is a device that is sold at better computer stores. It heats the CD/DVD to the proper temperature to bend through the printer. After the cd is printed you have to put it in the freezer for about two hours -- CD plastic is a special memory plactic that returns to its original shape.
You may have to be persistant when you ask for this -- I find that most sales people are clueless about these devices.
Hope this helps
