Go to RadioPics.com using the link below (or navigate manually if it doesn't work) and you'll see a blank square where a pic of the front probably should be. Look in the specs box, and at the bottom is a TINY link to the manual. I downloaded it and checked, it definitely works.

the Bearcat uniden 144-xlt and the Uniden Bearcat 145=xlt are the same scanner, the only thing it the case on them are different so they could sell new scanners eachyear. Those manuals will work for the bearcat 147-xlt, hope this helps some people out there

Sorry We do not have the Bearcat 210 xlt manual.. I would try uniden themselves see if they could email you one.?

I can't locate information specific to the 210XW, but hopefully this generic Bearcat programming info will help:

1. Press the MANUAL key to advance to the channel that you wish to reprogram.

2. Enter the new frequency, including decimal point.

3. Press the ENTER or E key.

4. Start over with step one to continue programming channels.
