Where can I find user manual for dowson model 30 dash camera?

If you Google the make and model number, you should be able to locate what you require.

Is this information not in the manual ?

Not familiar with this model. Does the unit itself have a drive in it or are you recording to an external system drive (also called an NAS drive). If NAS drive have you mapped the drive so the software knows its there?

Do you have a separate recorder on that system?

Check your camera settings!
1. Image size setting (e.g. 1Mpix to 14 Mpix), see user manual page 30.
2. Image compression, see user manual page 30. Set to FINE for best quality.
3. Try also other camera focus settings, like SPOT. See user manual page 31.

I assumed that you loaded a fresh battery set and with correct polarity ,otherwise it does give such signal.
