Is there an easy way to unscrew the creative cs36 speakers?

Yup, No easy way, just the right tool to make it easy. You need a long neck 'Plus' ( + ) type screwdriver also called Phillips type / star type screwdriver, to reach the screws deep inside the back of Creative CS-36 Speakers. But here are no serviceable parts in there, maybe a snipped wire is the most you can fix!

I cannot open up the CREATIVE SBS250 casing to get inside of it, all screws removed. The plastic will NOT BUDGE. How do I get inside of it, short of taking a hammer to it? ;)

They are usually glued and screwed.
This is because they are intended to be replaced instead of serviced.

Therefore, a hammer is an excellent choice. A chisel may also be useful. Make sure you wear eye protection. ABS plastic is very stubborn.

I recommend www.newegg.com if you are in the market for computer parts and accessories.

There's always a bzzz sound coming out when plugged in.

if there's buzzing coming out, there's probably a rip in the actual speakers. Something is torn on the inside thus the weird buzzing noise.

Unless it was a zzzzzzzzz...... noise then there's probably some sort of interference. Possibly cellphone close by, or some other magnetic thing to create that annoying sound.

Speakers not working

The black/green/orange connectors go into the corresponding color ports in the back of the computer, but you computer have to be able to support 7.1 or at least 5.1 audio. If it can't you can buy a separate sound card from Creative that does.

2.1 creative speakers.

Speakers need to be used much often. If they are left without using they might get affected with dust and charge storage. It happens with generally every brand.
The solution could be either servicing it or generally using it very regularly.
