You didn't use the HP printer cartridges? I know they are expensive. but the quality is worth it . I trust not a cheaper ink in a quality printer. You may need to check this HP url

for hp office jet 6110 if you have a flashing orange light you will never be able to copy or scan- in addition both print cartridges must have ink,installed & functioning also do you have the user manual?

try read the user guide manual firs, how to replace cartridge is on it

Have you checked that you've removed any tags fully. Sometimes if you remove a tag and there is some left that you haven't spotted they will cause problems.

Failing that, you may have a faulty cartridge. Do you have another cartridge to try?

try removing all the cartridges and restart the printer ,it will ask to install the cartridges,install them one by one and then see if it prints an alignment sheet,if it doesnt print it this way there is an option to align print cartridges in the printer drivers, goto the control panel--->printers and faxes--->rt click the printer icon and goto properties,under properties there should be an option for either maintenance or service this device button,when you click it ,it gives an option fro aligning the cartrdiges,

HP 56 for black
HP 58 for color
HP 57 for photo color

I was able to find free support online. I recommend others do the same instead of having to pay a fee to fix a simple problem.

Hi , does your cartridge ink hp original? If generic ink try to change genuine ink.
