I need a owners manual for a cabrio washer and dryer

Check the drain hose for kinks. Then check entire circuit: tub drain>drain hose filter>drain hose pump> drain hose for blocks. The particulars for your model would be in the owners manual or service maual.

YouTube is now a great resource for a Whirlpool Cabrio owner. Just type it in to the search bar at YouTube and watch step by step procedures in many instances. Some are just advertising but you'll figure out how to spot the ones you're interested in. Let me know if i can help.

Did it not arrive with a manual? That's VERY POOR service in my opinion. They do in the UK- but that doesn't help you!

I had the same problem: they sent me the rack, but no instructions.
But if you look in the product manual for your dryer, there should be a section on how to use the rack. For the Cabrio, which is what I have, it's on page 21.
If you don't have the manual anymore, you can get them online at Whirlpool's web site. Just plug in your model number in the search box, and there it will be.
