the only thing i can suggest put your pressure washer on level surface and start fill the oil when gets to the right level the oil start coming out

TAKE YOUR PINKY FINGER AND TAKE AND PLACE IT IN THE OIL FILL YOU BE ABLE TO TOUCH HE OIL THERE IS ALSO A SLIT INSIDE THE OIL FILL INSIDE OF OIL FILL .FILL THE OIL FILL TO THE POINT THAT THA IT COVERS THE TOP THE SLIT BUT DONT OVER FILL THE MOTOR THE OIL SHOULD JUST COVER THE SLIT I HOPE THAT THIS WILL HELP YOU

Check and see if there is a sight glass on the side of the pump. If there is, just fill it until the oil shows up about half way in the sight glass.

a lot of the dont have one but a small inline valve can be installed the fuel dripping from the carb when its turned off replace the needle valve and seat

You have actually posted to the washing (garments/clothes) machine forum- but as it happens my advice should help you as well!

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) pressure washer manual' and you may be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)

The engine will use standard 30W motor oil. The pump will use 30W non-detergent oil.
