Please help.... I can't get any further with turning on my notebook. The "Power-on Password" on the blue screen is stuck. I do have a password, but have been unable to enter it.

PLEASE REPLACE UR MOTHER BOARD BATTERY. I GUESS UR BATTERY MODEL WILL BE CR3212... PLEASE CHAGE IT AND TRY IT AGAIN. NOT YOUR LAPTOPS BATTERY... THIS IS A BATTERY ON THE MOTHER BOARD. PLEASE TAKE IT TO UR NEAREST DEALER AND GET IT DONE.. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN IT WITH ANY KNOWLEDGE.

Hi,
if u want to reset power on Password of u r laptop ,follow the steps

• shut down u r laptop
• Disconnect Ac adapter
• also disconnect laptop battery.
• open your laptop keypad .
• find CMOS battery placed in Keypad Bay.
• disconnect socket of battery from motherboard.
• get pressing power button for 40sec to discharge static charge
• reconnect all spares as it is

2. Wait approximately 5 minutes.
3. Replace the RTC battery and reassemble the notebook.
4. Connect AC power to the notebook. Do not reinsert any battery packs at this time.
5. Turn on the notebook.

u have to rset your bios .oen the backsie of laptop.remove battery .u also see ram. there .
then u see cmos on chip set.remove it for 15 min.then attch again.
then it reset and not nedd sany password.
try.

unplug the power supply remove the laptop battery then locate your bios battery and disconect it next wait abouy 15 minutes plug in the bios battry then connect the power supply turn on your computer turn off your computer then put in your battery start up your computer and your passwords should be reset
