Well code 1031 is a problem with the O2 sensor circuit which would not keep the engine from starting. Code 731 is a problem with first gear and 732 is a problem with second gear, and again neither code should keep the engine from starting. You may have a computer problem, or something going on with one of the wiring harnesses. Have you figured out if you are lacking spark or fuel to keep it from starting ?
Don't use BTYAHOO...on your computer you will also have internet explorer (BROWSER)....and you should be able to log on ......and if possible please remove btyahoo form your system.
The solution on a Panasonic phone is easy--simply register the handset to the base unit. Instructions differ by model but are usually found under "Initial Settings" > Registration.
By know you should of fixed the problem .
1. keep the inside cabinet clean.
2.If the unit keeps shutting down by itself after a certain time and it is not dirty inside the cabinet .Also all the intact screens are clean . Check your Personlization settings By right clicking on your screen . then right click Screensaver and then power settings . Then check to make sure all the settings are turned off unless you want the computer to shut down after a certain amount of time
Try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files. If you are sharing a computer you can always create a new profile and log in as your profile. That way you can keep things separate even if you are sharing the one computer.
