Is this the fuse inside the microwave or in the fuse panel for the house?

If its in the house, sounds like you have too much load on the line at the same time. If its the micro, check for the warranty, cause they aren't worth fixing unless its free.

Good Luck

Microwave blows the fuse when you push the start button on the panel

This will be either a faulty door interlock switch or High voltage component. You will need to remove the outer cover after first disconnecting power. Discharge the high voltage capactitor!
Check the door switches are operating correctly if so move on to the high voltage components starting with the transformer

My microwave keeps blowing the fuse upon hitting the start button

you have one of three problems (H.V. diode shorted or leaky, H.V.capicitor shorted, or the magnrtron tube is beginning to draw excessive current)if thats the case its not usually worth spending that for the mag.,the other two items aren't that expensive

Microwave keeps blowing fuse

If it blows the fuse as soon as you hit the START button, it's almost certainly a shorted high-voltage capacitor.

If it blows a few seconds after you hit the START button, it's probably the high-voltage transformer. You'll possibly also smell a faint electrical burning smell from the rear vent after you shut if off.

If it blows the fuse as soon as it's plugged in, you probably have a shorted door switch, a shorted varistor, or an internally exposed wire shorting to the chassis, etc.

Whirlpool Microwave Model MH6130EQ0

If the fuse blows as soon as you hit START, then it's likely that you have a shorted high-voltage capacitor. If the fuse blows a few seconds after you hit START, then it's likely that you have an overheating / shorting high-voltage transformer. If you or a friend decide to work on it, we have *critical* safety, disassembly, and troubleshooting info at our site, which is linked at our listing here on FixYa: http://tinyurl.com/yzjozk You can find helpful exploded view diagrams and order parts by entering your model number here: http://tinyurl.com/gv383

Blown fuse

Be doubly sure your microwave is unplugged first, of course! Be sure the fuse is not loose in the holder. If you can rotate it in the holder easily with just a thumb and finger, then it's too loose and the holder should also be replaced. That looseness causes a heat buildup, which makes the fuse melt open inside over time. If the new fuse blows as soon as you hit START then you likely have a shorted high-voltage capacitor. If it blows again a few seconds or minutes after you hit START, then you likely have a bad high-voltage transformer or magnetron. It's not inherently unsafe to replace a fuse, as long as you heed the safety rules. The microwave does contain and prodcue voltages that can be instantly lethal. Microwave not works

WARNING: Microwave ovens are the most dangerous consumer appliance to service due to up to 5,000 V at high current inside. Even with the power off, there is a HV capacitor that can produce a lethal kick. This capacitor must be discharged before touching anything in the microwave generator circuitry. DON'T remove the cover yourself unless you fully undertand the SAFETY issues involved in working inside a microwave oven. A microwave oven is possibly THE MOST DANGEROUS common consumer product to service. About the only "easy" fix would be a blown fuse, if it keeps blowing, don't go any further unless you know what you are doing. Your likely options are a blown high voltage cap, diode, or the magnetron. Good luck(but luck has nothing to do with it ;] )
