My Healthrider 600i works fine except for the reduce speed, program select and one touch speed control 1 button. None of these work. I can increase speed but not reduce it incrementally. All of the trouble shooting LEds appear to function normally. Any udeas where I can look to fix this. Thanks Don R

Most of these use a membrane keyboard with silver inked conductors on plastic membranes that are pressed together through a hole in an insulation layer between the two printed membranes. When these keyboards start to go bad REPLACEMENT is really the only solution.

SOURCE: I bought a used Cybex Trotter 700 T treadmill that works fine except the increase speed (+) does not work. I tried to fix it and now all of the buttons don't work. Any sugestions?

Dear Sir:
This is probably a 1(faulty speed sensor or the 2( speed sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a 3(faulty motor control board or lower board+ 4( Main motor faulty. Adjust the speed sensor see the diagram.

Run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting.
