Hi try to reset ur camera...To do such reset, turn on the camera and hold
the menu button down for longer than 5 seconds. A message should
hopefully come up on your LCD asking if you want to reset the camera.

If
you turn off the LCD screen and use the viewfinder, same problem? Even
with this wrong, are you try to take pics and see this in your pc? They
are white or with some lines over image?
Two things there, first... could be a problem with the viewer screen, or, second choice could a problem CCD sensor go to bad; in both cases this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong include distorted images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines,
blank or black pictures, and/or black videos with good sound being
recorded on the camera's flash card.
I suggest check THIS LINK for additional details in this previous solutions for an Defective CCD

Hey Wistra, You could try resetting your camera to the factory settings by choosing the reset to default setting in the menu. If this doesn't work the sensor on the camera is most likely broken, and you should have the camera looked at by an authorized service technician. If the camera was purchased less than a year ago the repair would most likely be covered under manufacturers’ warranty. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Allan Go Ahead. Use Us.
sounds like the LCD screen viewfinder may have been twisted or accidentally catched or got hooked or snagged on on something at one stage and pulled something, if the screen went yellow it means the three wires going to it are possibly broken or the small white clip was slowly coming undone inside the Viewfinder for the red and green to no longer work to complete the image also indicates why the buttons on the viewfinder are not responding, try twisting the viewfinder very lightly whilst on, but most likely the small white clip holding the wires has come off at the elbow inside the camera
replace DM or try to fix it. http://www.chrisandnat.com/Projects/BlinkingTV/blink.htm http://www.jeremyburns.com/Mitsubishi-Green-Blinking-Light-Fix.pdf http://www.fixya.com/howto/h159332-mitsubishi_dm_board_repair http://hdtvoice.com/voice/showthread.php?t=32186
I have Fuji FinePix 2650 Digital camera with same problem. I can almost guarantee this is not a firmware problem. I went mountain biking a few months ago and take pictures. I take out camera and turn on. I get lines then white screen. I banged on camera and fixed it. Later a few weeks ago I turn it on and white screen. i beat this thing and get bad menu selection screen for a moment then white again. It takes pictures well and talk to computer no problem but no LCD picture. I thinking it is loose connection for LCD. Send it for repair or if you seek adventure try to fix it yourself!
If the LCD is all white when this occurs it is the LCD that is at fault. Verify this by shooting a couple photos, if the photos look good when viewed on a computer, the CCD is not at fault. The LCD module has had problems with the harness that connects it rubbing againts the metal frame of the camera and causing similar problems.
Hope this helps you.
