The outlet pump stay on all the time.

On a washing machine or a dishwasher?

That behaviour is known on a dishwasher and is because there is a leak and water in the sensor tray under the machine.

All questions need full 'make model (what it is)' as first 3 words.

My domestic worker is retiring How does she claim the UIF I've been paying?

If she's retiring, she won't. Retirement is not considered unemployment. She can only collect from the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) if she's unemployed.

If you're trying to help her maintain an income from the funds you've paid in, then she will have to become unemployed and fill out an unemployment application.

In order to do this, you'll have to say you had no further need of her service and let her go, and she will have to say she was let go through no fault of her own and is now out of work and unable to find other employment.

The key is stuck in the ignition (as i type this), i beleive the problem lies in the shifter, because when the button on the shifter is pressed down the key will release, what do i need to replace??

After about 10 days with my keys stuck in the ignition, they just came out when I turn the engine off that day. Earlier I placed a can of WD40 in my back seat waiting for this to opportunity to present itself. I changed to my second set of keys and I sprayed the ignition with the WD40 and after about the third time, I have not had the problem again. Today, I have no fear that I cannot remove my keys when I stop my Jeep. This beats paying the dealer $300.00 any time. Being one of the many unemployed, I could not afford 300.00 for repairs.

Kia Rio revs, won't go in any gear

your post is 1 year old. i started helping others 1 week ago. as a fellow rio owner im here to help there are currentl over 5000 un answered posts. if you still need help re-post your problems .its free to get your check engine light checked at most auto parts stores . write down the codes and meanings. 03 kia rio's are blue booked at about $500.
if you re-post with a code you can get faster help. if your car dont have a code . its hunt and guess . my guess would be throtle position sensor, knock sensor or mass air flow

Tell me what color wire connects & where to heating element

You wil have 2 black, 1 white and 1 green. The 2 black go on the gold prongs, the white on the silver. The green will go on the longest prong. It usually has a curve to it. The green is the ground.
