Installation instructions should have come with it. If not, do a Google search online to find the installation manual. Generally there is a plate that installs on the wall and the microwave hooks into it and fastens to the cabinet above. The 665 prefix on your model number is Whirlpool, but I haven't found the code "d" listed yet.

Can you set the cooking time?
