If that happened look for the brand name and model of your web-cam then search it from the internet and download the software. You can see the brand name and model exactly at the web cam. If does not available from the internet ask for another copy for the stored where you buy the said web cam.

If you don;t know your webcam brand and model, you cannot look for the manufacturer's website. One option is to use a driver finder program to locate the driver based on the webcam's device identifier.
Don't worry for that if you lost your driver cd. you can download your driver from internet. just go to www.google.com and type your brand name and model name then download that. just simple.
Hello. No problem. All of the webcam CD's, also called drivers are downloadable on the internet. Just google the brand name of your webcam and add the word driver.
Once you do that, download and run the driver and you will be all set.

find the manufacturer name brand, then go to their web site. if your'e still having problems looking for the drivers, just send them an e-mail with the brand model number. i'm pretty sure they'll help you out.
