Look for the phlips head screws in arm pad area and around panel. Once removed you can pry off panel but be carefull not to break plastic clips if you do no sweat they are cheap to replace.

2002 Sequoia automatic locks/auto lock buttons no longer work - all doors affected

You possibly need to reprogram the lock system to match your fobs.
If it unlocks by the interior switches then its the fob programming. This site is one example you can look for. http://www.chadspictures.com/automotive/How-To-Program-Toyota-Key-Fob/ If this is not the issue the computer that does the door locks could have died or you can look for the door lock fuse or a cut or pinched wire (due to other damage in an accident or from prior mods you did). Other possibilities include intermittent door solenoids if you can use the interior switch you can click it open and closed until you find the one that does not work every time. Change it out as it can leave your vehicle unlocked or it might interrupt the system. worst case it could be the chassis computer this site sells some http://www.automotix.net/usedautoparts/2008-toyota-sequoia-chassis_computer-product-i88489256n.html?gclid=CKfowo60gb8CFQQOaQodGqUArQ . If the shift lock system is screwed up it could be casing issues also but that's a long shot.

How to replace front outside door handle 1997 ford I bought the handle, but need instructions on how to install it.

Generally, the interior door panel must be removed to access whatever method the manufacturer used to install the handle. i know this isn't a complete solution, but once you get the interior panel off, the rest should become pretty clear.

I need the fuse box diagram

1. Run codes for the air bag light. This is a hard fault and must be remedied to make the light go out. Nothing you do in the fuse box will fix this.

2. Intermittent interior lights are most likely to be caused by bad door jamb switches. And again nothing you do in the fuse box will fix this.

Hope this was of help.

Need detailed diagram of 1998 latch mechanism to remove connections from it

there is no diagram... the latch is also a non-servicable latch, so if your problems in the latch- it needs a latch. i would look more closely at the outside door handle itself as i have seen a few of them break on the E series vans.you may be able to get detailed instructions thru autozone.com or @ autozone. hope this helps and good luck

Remove door panel on a Ford Van

For a 1999 Ford Econoline 150 (assume the same or very similar), remove triangular plastic cover over mirror assembly by prying straight out, remove plastic door handle cover by prying up from the front side, remove electronic door switches by prying up from back side, remove round plastic cover at bottom rear of door panel. Four screws are now revealed, remove them. Lift door panel straight up, clips are hooks (not snap in). Work door switch assembly out of door panel. Set door panel aside. Reassemble in reverse order.

Rear Door Electric Lock buzzing and stuck

It's the power lock solenoid. There is a tiny plastic piece that connects the solenoid (motor) to the door lock mechanism (thin metal rod or two). Likely, the plastic piece has become disengaged. This is by design so that if there is a problem with the mechanism the motor does not burn out. You will need to have the interior door panel removed to gain access to the interior of the door and the lock rod and solenoid need to be reconnected. The plastic clips used to go for $1-$2 when I worked in auto parts.
