The first thing to do is back up you important data such as contacts etc.Your phone needs to be reset or format due to a corrupt phone system memory
Usually if the free space on phone memory is not enough to perform any operation like taking pictures, playing music and videos etc. problem occur.
Follow this method :
* On your home screen, type *2676*3855# (indicates message not to turn off your phone) then wait till the process is done. Now check the phone if there's a changes on it's function.
you can try the first step that called soft reset, you just need to dial *#7370# and insert the standard code for Nokia 12345. if this way can not fix your problem you can try the second step that called hard reset but please be careful because it won't save any data that stored on your phone memory such as phone number or message. follow this step to do a hard reset on your Nokia E72: hold these buttons: caps-lock, space, and backspace together and don't remove until you press the power on, make sure that your battery is full..hope this can help you..thanks

after check spare drive for your files ..
job done
cheers
It
seems most of you applications are stored in the Phone Memory and/or your
application data is taking up lot of memory. You actually don't have to erase/uninstall applications. Please consider performing the
following steps:
Go to Settings --> Applications --> Manage
Applications. In this Menu you'll be shown a list of applications. Use
the Menu Button to "Sort by Size" and get a list of the applications
sorted from high memory usage to low (phone memory). Once this is done,
you'll be able to view the memory being used by each of the
applications. Click on the applications which you see are consuming more
memory and then use the "Clear Data" button to clean up the data being
stored by the applications to free up memory. This clears up any cache,
cookie, temp files associated with the applications. Depending on your
android version, you may also see an additional button "Move to SD
Card". The best option to get more space would be to use this button and
move the application to the 4 GB SD Card storage.
Optional Step if you do not have "Move to Phone/SD
Card" option available - From the Android Market, download and install
"App 2 SD Free". Once done, this application should help you free up a
lot of space by moving applications from your phone memory to the SD
card.
Hope this was helpful. If so, please consider rating this solution.
Have you ever did a disk cleanup?
This procedures removes temporary files, redundanr compressed files etc and frees up lost disk space.
Please click on this link for hard disk maintenance and follow my instructions :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r3559146-hard_disk_maintenance
To reset your computer browser settings, go to Tools and then Internet Options and select the Advance tab. When you are there, you will see Restore Advance Settings and then click it. After that go to Tools and then select Delete Browser History and then select Delete All. When done, close the browser and then open it back, try to access your account again. :-)
This message means the hard disk is nearly out of disk space.
Do you regularly do a Disk Cleanup and empty the Recycle Bin? These disk maintenance chores will free up disk-space by removing old temporary and compressed files. Therefore returning disk space for further use.
To do a Disk Cleanup follow these steps. This can take hours to complete, it depends upon the size of the hard disk especially if it has not been done before.
Click on My Computer - right click on the C drive and click on the Disk Cleanup button. After it analyzes the hard disk then click all the boxes to recover the maximum disk space, click OK then YES to perform these actions.
