To change: Press and hold BROIL for 5 seconds. A tone will sound, and "°C" or "°F" will appear on the display. Repeat to change back.I think the oven must be working to do it, otherwise contact the manufacturer for advice.

that isn't a model number,if you look at the touch panel does it say clock anywhere on it?if so touch it and it will tell you what to do.what happened to the clock did you lose power? if so the computer board could have been damaged,send the model number off of the wall oven.when you find it google it and you should find a manual for it online or utube

i doubt that it is the element as it gets warm
I suspect a faulty thermostat or oven switch
best have an electrician check it out.

There is a possibility that the switch is not wired correctly or perhaps your selector knob is on upside down i have seen this before.

almost all over doors come off the same way open the door about 12" then pull up on both sides at the same time it will pull off slid arms

that code is detecting a failure with the cooling fan
