If you are using google chrome! then try cleaning the cache first! if it does not works enter the url in the address bar then while it is opening the site press stop button or the "Esc" key on the keyboard and then press "Ctrl+F5", you can also try this on Internet explorer and fire fox. hope that solves your problem! there is no problem with the site the site is online...
