Make sure the batteries are good, if not will have to replace with new

Check your voltage meter, so it measures correctly, probably generate your UPS is not pure sine wave, but a modified sine, then the simple measuring devices to display the wrong value.

sounds like the battery is low or has been disconnected.

Hi I also having the same problem here even replacing new batteries still doesn't give a fix, Im thinking it might be the relay?
