This engine is easy to tear apart. It's like taking apart an electrical motor. With a good set of tools you should be able to take it apart no problem.

1999 honda accord vtech timing belt marks

The Honda F23 series engine is a 2.3 liter, all aluminum block, 16 valve, Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC) motor used in the Honda Accord (1994 - 2002) and Acura Cl (2.3). Timing belt failure may result in either the intake or exhaust valves bending after contacting the pistons. If the belt has broken, a Compression Leakage test is advised to determine if the valves require replacement. Compression leakage from any of the cylinders (indicating bent valves) will require the removal of the cylinder head. An inspection and rebuild of the head by a reputable automotive machine shop is recommended in lieu of doing it yourself. This DIY article only covers belt replacement. The belt replacement interval is either 90,000 or 105,000 miles based on the specific model year. Check the owner's manual for the specific service interval. If the mileage is below the threshold but the vehicle is over 7 years old, consider performing a replacement as preventative maintenance (PM). Timing belts cannot be visually inspected for wear. Moreover, a visual inspection would require the removal of the timing belt cover which in itself is time consuming and better spent working on replacement. A typical timing belt component kit consists of: 1. Timing Belt 2. Balance Shaft Belt. 3. Timing Belt Tensioner Pulley. 4. Balance Shaft Tensioner Pulley

Flex feul or single fuel injector overhead valve?

I have no idea what your car is but if inside the fuel door (where you add gas) it says E-85 you can run it. Your fuel economy will suffer as will the power. Your car should also have green badges or stickers on it that will say flex fuel or E-85.

Hi lads , what oil should i use in 2004 ttr 600 engine

That's a can of worms...
I own a 1990 Suzuki DR650RS, big single four valve air cooled. 70,000k's. Just finished replacing a broken 3rd gear from when a broken part of kickstart spring broke off, entering gears!! I was pleasantly surprised to find all bearings, cam faces, gears, shafts etc all well within Service Manual tolerances...no other work was required. I have used Castrol since racing Ducati singles in early 70's and current best oil for my DR is POWER1 GPS 4T, a 10w-40. I have no problems of other riders regarding clutch drag or sticking after a few days idle. Very suited to high variances in temperature, typical of air cooled thumpers. Cheers.

Honda 5.5 air compressor runs but does not build any air pressure to the tank?

In your cylinder head you have a broken reed or valve as some call them. I assume you have checked for a broken line or an open discharge valve? This is generally an easy fix and parts are mostly easy to obtain from your neighborhood NAPA.

Timing belt is broken on a 2002 sebring

The engine in your car is not an interference engine if it is a DOHC (Double Overhead Camshafts), if it is a SOHC (single Overhead Cam) then it is a interference engine u have bent valves and the head will need to come off for repair My reference Gates timing belt catalog. U will need a shop manual to replace the belt also a really good set of hand tools, u will also need to replace the water pump which is driven off the timing belt.
