When you fill it up at first it works great but when you start using it when it kicks back on it just makes a putting noise and dont fill back up.

When you fill the car with gas if you dont stop when it is full and you continue to make the tank take more, you dont leave any room for expansion. The fuel expands and can cause orings to fail when it gets warm. If you have trouble filling the tank because of the issue that you stated, the problem might be due to a collapsed filler hose. If you are running the engine when you fill it, the noise is from the fuel return line.

When filling your tank, if the fill hose kicks off and/or gas kicks back up the tube it's an indication that the evaporative emissions vent tube is plugged, the cannister vent valve is not working correctly, or that there is a restriction in the fill pipe/hose. Unless the tank or pipe was recently worked on or part of an accident, you can eliminate it. I've found several concerns involing the vent tube and cannister vent valve. Spiders like to make webs inside of these items and the web blocks the air from escaping. When you fill your tank, the air inside needs to go somewhere. If it can't escape, it will cause the gas to back up and shut off the fill handle or kick gas back. There are ways to check this function with a scan tool and pressure machine but you can also do a visual inspection by disconnecting the valve and looking for webs or debris. You can also run water though the open line or blow shop air though to be sure it's clear. Good luck, if you can't leave four thumbs up, please ask for more information. Have a great day!

Isn't the air compressor just charging or is this a new noise that you didn't hear before. If it isn't broke don't fix it. It could be a valve that isn't opening and closing properly. Use a little pneumatic lubricant on any parts you feel confortable getting into. Don't disassemble anything unless you know how to put it back together. Pay attention to direction of valve spools.

if it is not filling, but continuing the circuit, the first thing i would check is your float switch make sure its not stup up
or remove the toe kick and look under the machine
and you can check the switch the float switch sits on under the machine

Ive never heard of such a thing. Any vehicle ive ever driven the booster does not make that noise.. i dont know how to help you, but im pretty sure its not the booster, dont waste your money there

So I just had this exact problem about an hour ago. I wondered about the starter, crankshaft, etc. but discarded them for the simplest explanation: battery.
I'm sure you've all noticed how absurdly easy it is to mistakenly miss the steering lock and put the parking lights on. Odds are you may have done this without realizing (I must've even if I don't remember). Jumper cables are the answer.
If you've never jumped a bike, here's the skinny: 1) Make sure the car you're jumping from is, and remains, off. 2) Connect the cables as normal; black to black, red to red. 3) Let the bike sit for a minute then start her up. 4) If you can, take her for a ride to get the charge back up.
If this doesn't work, then you may very well have more serious issues. Hope this helps, ride safe!

sounds like the starter solonoid(or relay) has gone on vacation with out you or the bike the clicking noise would be the (relay) solonoid trying to complete the circut to engage the starter

Yeah. i had this problem too. the fan is noisy because it is garbage. it needs to be replaced if you want to get rid of the noice. you moving the laptop wen the noise first started is just coincidence. the heatsink is fine, but the fan itself is poorly made. The ball bearings get loose and so the fan doesnt stay in its vertical plane and it kind of shakes a little, thats why it makes the noise. if you open it up and turn your laptop on, and wait for the noise, you will notice that if you push down lightly on the center of the fan, the noise goes away, because you are creating pressure at it's center of gravity point which makes it stop wobbling. you wont see the wobbling with the naked eye, because its much to slight to see, but its definatly enough to make that annoying fighter jet take-off noise..

as far as the noise, thats the sound it makes when something is wrong with the battery (if you ever drain it all the way down and try to boot it, it will make the noise) kind of messed up noise in my opinion, but its not a big deal, as long as it doesnt repeat. 

for the fan, you dont need to replace it if you dont use your laptop a lot, you can try to keep your laptop cooler to keep the fan from turning on also. i suggest one of those USB fan pads that you put under the laptop, or a thermal pad, thermapak makes one for $30 i think, and it drops temps by 6 degrees celcius they claim, i dont know exact numbers but if def helped me. you can also try to put something in the back to keep the back elevated (where all the heat is) and the fan wont spin as much.

i know with desktop fans that get lots of use, noise is the 1st sign of fan failure to come, but ive been using my laptop with that god awful noise for about 4months now, and its still alive and kicking.

You need to get all enthol flushed out ,as there may water enter in the engine block put back the normal fuel and jump start the car if there is not much damaged done your car should start if not you need to send good bucks on the fuel injection system on your cars..................
