to recover the problem first u would hav to taken to the service centre because the mobile would hav got dust in the mic area..so if u clean it u can recover ur problem
u cant do dis. L6 doesnt support L6i software.Even motorola wont give dis upgrade. u can only update ur L6 software but only if available Check motorola website
