This is a very common complaint; but there's nothing you can do about it, except wait the 2/3 days. The suspension is due to Zynga system flagging a possible use of game cheats in use, & this is a completely an automated process which can't be overwritten by customer services, I have tried myself. This will be your 2nd suspension, as they progress by adding a day the next time. You might find in the next couple of weeks, you'll get a 3/4 day suspension.
For log in issues with facebook you will need to contact them. If you are suspended it could mean that your account is being watched.
