this is not the problem with your monitor. Pl boot your computer with enable vga mode. in vga mode set your resolution into 1680 x 1050 with which color mode you need set ok
it will be ok. After restart, your computer will ok. even the problem retains, pl reinstall the video driver and try again. give me ur feedback

NOT OPTIMUM MODE

Solder a 50 ohm precision resistor between pins 5 and 6 of the Novatek NT68F63LG

I had this same problem on 3 Samsung 710N displays and this fixed the problem.

I have read others have also been successful but the value of theresistor was slightly different in some cases. I would start with 50ohms as that seems to be a common value fixing most displays.
