Click the "I can't access my account" link on the Yahoo Mail sign-in page to restore your access to your Yahoo account. Then you can reset your Facebook password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the Facebook sign-in page.

Go to the facebook sign in page and scroll to the bottom of the page, right hand corner, it says "help". Click there and follow instructions.

Ensure you type in the correct email address (complete with @yahoo.com or whatever).
Also make sure you type the correct password (ensure caps lock is not enabled).

If you are still unable to access it then maybe it is just a temporary Facebook site issue.
