Your laptop battery needs to be replaced as they have a limited number of charge/discharge cycles.
Also the restarts are caused by overheating of the CPU, you need to clean the CPU cooler fins, best left to a professional as it involves taking the netbook apart.

try soft reset on the phone by removing and re-inserting the battery after one minute.

Try performing a hard-reset. Take the battery out of the phone for at least a minute and hold down the power button for at least ten seconds afterwards. Replace the battery and turn the phone on, and it will have hopefully cleared up the problem.

You most likely need a new ribbon cable, which is the cable that connects the two halves of the phone. They are not expensive and can be ordered on eBay, and they come with the tools required to disassemble the phone and replace the cable.

my blackberry 7100t was dropped and now the problem is its screen keeps on fading off and colours keep on changing again and again..the screen comes nack to normal if the screen backlight is switched off for around 5 min..it will work normally for sometime may be for ten fifteen min and the problem starts again..suggest some solution for this..and also if u could advice me from where i could get a new battery for the same phone..

Most likely it's shot! But try taking out the battery and making sure it's completely dry inside. The only other suggestion is to take it to a repair shop like Sprints' and see if they can fix it...or replace it.
