Yuo can call sony to order them just pay the shipping on them as I did when mine got cracked, all you have to do is provide the model and serial number and they will send you out new disks, Thanks and have a good day

Please try downloading and installing the Microsoft Update KB931812 and VAIO Camera Capture Utility Update from Sony eSupport Site.
Download the Microsoft Update here
Download the VAIO Camera Capture Utility Update
If the issue persists, please try re-installing the Camera Driver and the Camera Application in the Computer.

This should fix the Camera issue.

You can use the Fn+F3/F4 Function Keys to control the volume.
To increase the Volume, press Fn+F4 and then press Up or Right, or Keep pressig Fn+F4.
To decrease the volume, press Fn+F3 and then press Down or left, or Keep pressing Fn+F3.
