Need a manual for a Jaonome SX-2122 Heavy Duty

New Home machines were built by Janome. I found the manual for sale here: https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/instruction-manual-janome-2122.aspx and here: http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Manuals/New_Home_Manuals/New_Home_2122.htm . The SewUSA has a threading diagram for the very similar 2022. The images were broken unless I started here: http://www.sewusa.com/Sewing_Machine_Threading_Diagrams.htm . Then scroll down and look for the machine number under the New Home header.

Check that the feed dogs have not been dropped for darning. It is also possible that the presser foot pressure needs to be adjusted to apply more pressure to the fabric. If your machine has this option, it should be explained in the owner's manual. In the alternative, if the machine has had a lot of use, the feed dog teeth could be worn or need a height adjustment.

Yes it is. If you look at the plug where it goes into the machine, you'll see it says Janome on it :)

The camstack is out of line with the selector bar in the top of the machine, you will need an engineer to adjust it
