Amibios Ver: 08.00.09 - ASUS P4S800-MX Motherboard

Simple test: disconnect all disks, remove the BIOS battery for 10 minutes, put it back (this resets everything to default factory settings) then try to boot in the BIOS - if it fails then the motherboard is defective - no BIOS update can fix that.
The board is dead, time for a new pc.

Yours should be an AMIBIOS
Seem to have a Ram issue
Test with another Ram

I am guessing that you want a BIOS update for your EliteGroup GF7050VT-M5 Ver 1.0 motherboard, am I right? There is one update, newer than yours: (read the warning about updating [flashing] your BIOS)

Leave it alone. Reflashing a bios is serious business and never, never guaranteed. Very often the process does not work or goes bad and then you wind up with a piece of junk due to a corrupted bios.

You have to update your BIOS. If you have intel mother board just go thought their website and download BIOS Flash utility of your particular Board and Update BIOS.

The above fix will surely solved your problem.I had same problem as you and it's now fixed.

There is a little program called CPUz.
Download it here:  http://www.cpuid.com/download/cpuz_149.zip

Extract the exe and ini files and run the exe.
When the program comes up, click the Mainboard tab and your manufacturer and model are right there.

go online and type in

bois download drivers
enter

manifacture name bois model # [date if u have one] download drivers
