Screen will not work ...sound perfect...av ou working fine...onboard screen dead...
Had same on mine - variously stripes / grey/ random colours.
Take all the screws out of the screen ( under buffers on front as well) and lift back of cover off from base (clips at top). there is a flat brownish cable from the circuit board to the screen. You will probably find that poking this where it is bent (under tape on mine) will bring the picture back. (the tracks on the cable are broken). I found that taking the cct board out, flattening the bend out and folding it gently under the cct board seems to have cured the problem for now (YMMV)... Also check where it is plugged into cct board - socket has latvhing bar which slides up to release cable.

Flick the line select swith on the side to out
I have had this player for over a year and its the worst player i have ever had the misfortune to own, the best thing for this player is to shove it in a black bin liner and go to the nearest canal, then thow the mother in!!
even thats to good for it!
when i owned this player it seemed fine, put a normal cd in it then after it never played dvds again!
never had the blue scrren bit tho but ther is a line in/out switch on the side which may be somthing to do with it.
will never buy anything with the name "acoustic solutions" again. until they change their name to " a box full of second hand wires and chips and a load of crap Solutions"
Same problem here no idea

audio perfect, no picture,i tried charging it but its still the same. I have tried setting it to 'Line in' but nothing. Any ideas?
The audio is perfect, but all I get is a blue screen no matter what DVD I put in. We have a dual unit and the main one went first...then about 20 minutes later the second one did the same thing. Any clue?
