I have been trying to find anti slip products... I think they would just make life a lot easier. Are you familiar with this company at all: www.ceramabond.com.au?

follow the following link: http://www.harborfreight.com/manuals/91000-91999/91006.pdf you will see a picture of the bunkerhill digital floor safe, ITEM 91006-6VGA, under the sale price, you will see in GREEN "download product manual. There you will find the instructions for this safe. It took me about 30 minutes to find, then realized I didn't have batteries inside. Lucky for me, I found the key. You will need batteries inside. Otherwise, call the company Monday-Friday 9:00am - 7:30pm EST at 1-800-444-3353 (toll free). For Technical information call Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm EST at 1-888-299-3427.

CHANGING CODE ON MODEL # 45891:
On the inside of the door toward the hinge, you will see a small red button. Press this button until the yellow light on the front control panel lights up. Now you can imput the new code (1 to 8 digits) into the front control panel, followed by either the "A" or "B" key. The safe will beep twice (2 times) to confirm the code has been changed. Important: If the safe beeps 3 times, then the code has not been accepted and you must repeat the above steps.
DO NOT LET THE BATTERIES RUN OUT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE SAFE OR CHANGE BATTERIES.

My husband locked both keys in the safe 94985...

Search on "How to open a safe with a potato" and you'll find a youtube video on how to open that safe. All the Bunker Hill safes use the same lock mechanisms which have a critical design flaw if the spring on the solenoid is weak in that the plunger bounces enough to allow the bolt to be thrown open if you can time hitting the front of the safe just right. Of course, if you mount it such that you can't get a good swing in then no problem. There are two adjustment screws to the bolt throw, if your safe is easily opened this way, you might want to adjust these screws so that more of the plunger hits the stop. I couldn't get mine to open with a rubber mallet but it's mounted so you can't get a good swing in.

I work at a retirement community where one of the residents had left a safe. It's bolted to a wall and needs to be removed. Somehow the door was closed and now we have now way to open it. We have a 'key...

I know Bunker Hill are sold through Harbor Freight I would contact them for information:

http://www.harborfreight.com

They are a cheap safe and should not be too difficult to break into if you have to get a safe cracker involved.

Hope this helps,

Thanks
