sounds like the #1 rectifier is shorted or the insulator gasket is shorted through -also the 1A contactor may be welded shut -usually caused by a weak battery or running a discharged battery too long. -Troy from A-Lift Services

Conversion chart for dH to Clark BOSCH EXXEL Dishwashers

I couldn't find any info on my new BOSCH EXXEL dishwasher the codes in the manual are all in dH (german) while the H:XX codes mean nothing unless you have this table I created here it is for you all so you don't have to worry, it has all the conversions between Clark, dH and mmol/l and mg/l if you find one that applies to you just look across the table and find your corresponding H code.

You will need to go to your suppliers own website to find one of the above numbers for the quality of water usually in mg/l they will give you this value and then you can select the H code for you area.

Water hardness is measured in either European °E (clarks) or in the German °dH( Deutsche Härte) you will find this on all Bosch Dishwashers if you water is Extremely hard then you will need to program your Bosch dishwasher using the Code H:06 to give you maximum protection, if your water like mine is Extremely soft then the H:00 works well and also saves you loads of dishwasher salt.

HARDNESS CHECK TOOL

• Clark degrees (°Clark)/English degrees (°E) conversion to mg/L calcium: divide by 0.175 One degree Clark corresponds to one grain of calcium carbonate in one Imperial gallon of water which is equivalent to 14.28 parts calcium carbonate in 1,000,000 parts water.

•Deutsche Härte (German hardness) (°dH) conversion to mg/L calcium:divide by 0.14 One degree German corresponds to one part calcium oxide in 100,000 parts of water

Clark model FCG 32, error code 42

Error code 42 on a Clark forklift model FCG 32 indicates a problem with the fuel system. Specifically, it means that there is a problem with the fuel injection system, such as a clogged fuel filter, damaged fuel injector, or fuel pump failure. This can result in a lean or rich fuel mixture, causing the engine to run poorly or not at all. It is recommended to have a certified mechanic inspect and repair the fuel system to ensure safe operation of the forklift.

How can I locate my nearest Clark dealer?

For the Clark dealer nearest you, please go to our web site at
http://www.clarkmhc.com

How old is my Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product?

Date of shipment information is available by sending an e-mail request to [email protected]. Please provide the complete serial number of the Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product.

Where can I find the Clark serial number on my Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product?

The Clark serial number is stamped into the serial number plate, which is usually located in the operator's compartment. If the serial number plate is missing or illegible, you can find the serial number stamped into the frame. On a Clark lift truck, this will usually be beneath the step into the operator's compartment and may be either on the left or right side of the lift truck. Note:Rubbing the flat side of a piece of school chalk over the stamping may make the serial number more legible.

Can I still get an operator's, parts, or service manual for my old Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product?

Photo copies of Clark operator's, parts, and service manuals are
available for many old Clark lift trucks and other Clark Material Handling Company products. Please send an e-mail request to

Failed capacitor on clarke SE 14 compessor

On electric motors with two capacitors, one is a start capacitor, the other is a run capacitor. Start capicitors have plastic cases and are rated from 200mf to 400mf and higher depending on the size of the motor. Run capacitors are in the 20mf to 40mf range and usually have metal cases. If you have an electric motor service center in the area they can recommend what size you should use for the size (HP) motor you have.

1995 Dodge Stratus Error codes 12, 13, 14, 24, 26, and 33. What do each of these mean?

Code 12 is only displayed when outputting "flash codes" (Cycling the key and watching the Check Engine Light flash) - it mostly indicates that the diagnostic system is functioning properly. There is only a problem if you don't get this code.

Codes 13 and 14 are both MAP Sensor codes.

Codes 24 and 26 are both Secondary Air Switching Solenoid codes.

Code 33 is an A/C Presure sensor circuit code.

Flash codes are pretty generic. They tell you that there is a failure in a particular system, but they don't specify what type of failure. Flash Code 14 for example, can mean that the Map Sensor Voltage is too high or it can mean that it is too low, or it can mean that the 5 volt reference voltage is shorted to ground.

"P-codes" (The kind you must have a scanner to get) however, are more descriptive. Those will give you a more accurate description of what exactly is the problem with the system that has failed.

I will advise you however, that all of these codes can be caused by a shorted VREF. (5 Volt Reference Circuit) Find out where it is shorted and you will most likely fix all of these codes with one repair.
