Sounds like the cooling fan bearings are worn, hence the noise after you turn the cooker off.This fan is in the top of the oven and helps to keep the inside cooker electrics cool and often keeps going for a while after you have turned the cooker off. Best to call an engineer to check this out for you!
Hi ive home and it has a cda cooker installed the only thing is is that the cooker has no symbols on the front so you dont know what settings it is on lol help please
So long as the earth is connected to the earth terminal, then there is no prob for you to worry about.
The normal twin and earth cable is adequate.
