28D6 HO-Protocol Failure coding missing means one of the modules is not communicating with the cars network that links all the modules. What symptoms do you have, cluster issues?.

There are disconnects between the power modules and the circuitry within the interstice devices contained within the modular adapter. Failure to negate to consumption and communicating protocol as per the advanced module attached to the formulations concept board, only further damaging the battery module as per the mode block notification process.

Description: Battery module deterioration.
Solution:
-Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the battery
module, the battery current sensor, and the BCM module.

Cables and connectors to and from the ignition module.
Coil assembly.
Ignition module or crankshaft position sensor.

Have you reset the engine computer since you did the work? Some models have a small wire going to a connector attached to the positive battery cable that supplies memory power to the engine computer. If you disconnect this and leave it off for ten minutes or so, the computer will clear all of the engine codes. (If you don't see the separate wire, disconnecting the battery will do the same thing.) It will also reset its engine parameter information to factory default, so check your owner's manual for what to do after changing the battery to "retrain" the computer for your engine and driving habits.
