The problem is in temperature of a fixing film.Try to clean the heater,put on the grease...If ther's still a problem,replace the heater

OK, but first try to clear the error under service mode, then replace fixing film assy, for EU 240V is FG6-6041.
To clear the error:
* 2 8 *
COPIER
FUNCTION
CLEAR
ERR
OK
Turn off and on ( main switch )

If this dont help - replace fixing film assy.

When I pluge my Canon IR 3300 is showing me to Turn OFF and ON the Switch in the right, if the problem did not solve, so please send solution on Email - [email protected]
