Ink system has fialed. Error: Oxc18a0101

I have a HP photosmart C5180 all in one. It has an error message that says....Ink system failed unable to print refer to printer documentation error OXCa0501. By chance would you know what to do to fix it? Thanks

You need to reset the printer. Please follow the instructions in this link, and if that doesn't work, try this link.
If neither is successful, you may have to have the unit serviced, but usually one or the other method will get your printer back online.

IssueAn 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print. 
Solution
Press the On button to turn the printer off. 
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Remove all the ink cartridges.
Wait two minutes.
Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on. 
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.
If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.
