The screen is damaged, the only solution is to replace the LCD with a new one. opening the phone is quite easy for its only bolted by 6 screws, and the housing snaps out and you can see the LCD part already. Browse through Google or look around local repair shops in your location for a replacement LCD.

yes this problem is related to the flash u need to flash ur phone if that didn't help u need a flex cable replacement

flash= give it to a trusted phone repair man and tell him i want to flash my phone
flex cable = u cant take the phone apart and replace the cable that connect the keypad to the lcd/call buttons

First try to reset factory settings of your phone. If not solved it need to be flashed.

This is a common fault with samsung phones , you will need to replace the keypad with a t6 torx screwdriver or you might need a special kind. message me for details if your stuck. Hope i helped
