does it says insufficient MTU settings?? if it does you are using a router in order for you to fix this you must call your ISP (internet service provider) or your router manufacturer minimum require is 1364 and maximum is 1500 what i suggest do it by 10's for example: 1364-1374 1374-1384 and so on

what its telling you is that you need to change the settings on your router
go to internet explorer type in 192.168.1.1 and login
go to "WAN SETUP link on the LEFT"
change the MTU value to 1500
hit apply or save and that's it
