Kohler k-4634 water is running continuously in tank

SOURCE: water continues to overfill in tank into refill valve

Inside the tank there is a long standing tube that at the top end it has a little buoy that regulates how much water needs to be in the tank if you push it up you are going to see the water stops to run. So just bend it down a little about an inch

SOURCE: I replaced the triangular gasket

I usually use a small bead of silicon when I install Gaskets their for I am sure not to overtighten..........Hope this helps.

Loosen the nut that holds it in. The nut is inside the tank and is left hand threads. Or it may need a new one if any of the plastic is broken or cracked.
