SOURCE: Fuji S5000 mode switch?

That looks very much like the slector switch has slipped inside and is out of position.
That can be fixed if the actual and very tiny switchover pins are not broken.
I have repaired one switch actually with parts from a S3000.
Works ok but extremely fiddely.
Otherwise it is a replacement of the small switchover board, which sits on top of the battery compartment.
Problem being: Fuji will not sell parts to us.
Good luck

I want to increase the dpi to 600

Dots per inch is an output specification, meaningful only when printing or displaying a photograph. You can print the same photograph in different sizes by changing the DPI setting, but it's still the same photograph as far as the camera is concerned. The camera offers no way to change this setting. You control it in the printing program when you print it.

You don't really need software. Buy an inexpensive card reader and use it to download to a folder you create on your desktop. Then, open the folder and on the left side of the window, just click on the slide show option.

Fuji Fine Pix F10 camera says ''card full'' when it is not.

If you plug your camera into your computer again and click Start > My Computer. Your camera should be listed under the devices there.
Double click to view what is inside your camera. You will have to browse to a folder in your camera with a name like DCIM (I can not be exact here since it can vary.)
Select and delete all the images you find on the device.
The problem here is that when you downloaded the photographs from the camera to the computer, you did not check the option to remove the downloaded photographs from the camera, freeing up the space for more new photographs.

Problem with F470 Fine pix camera

sounds like the keypad ribbon has either popped out of it's socket or, and this would be the common fault, the ribbon has broken. In which case fuji will be your only way to fix and get it serviced at the same time. last quote I recieved was £80.
source a donor camera on ebay for the cheaper option

I have a fuji finepix s7500 and zoom error. I dont have warranty so I tried to fix myself. I actually found the problem with the zoom. now I am trying to put it back together and I cant figure out where...

The trick is remembering how you dis-assembled so you can re-assemble.
Purchase or borrow another camera and photograph each step.
Buy a plastic tray with little compartments in and start at 1 end and then work back when assembling.
service manuals from "Flying Dutchmen Plaza" on ebay will show you how to fix

Black Screen

Hi Brian, I assume you have moved the jog wheel to preview mode, failing this you may have a faulty unit, I would just bring it back and get a replacement. cheers, and good luck !

Broke LCD screen on Fuji Finepix camera

It's likely the repair will be more than the camera is worth. It may be worth taking it to a photographic store to see if they can fix it.
