Without the computer model and make I can't say if it is upgradable or not. Most are upgradable to some extent. You will need to look for the product description of your laptop on the manufacturer website you may want to download the user manual from them or check the manual you have if you still have it. Yo9u are looking for the max ability of the computer and at the speed and type requirements for your ram. Also, you should know that some companies make Ram of the correct type and class but for some reason will not work in some models. I have Kingston ram 2gb modules that will not work in my Laptop but I purchased Siemens Ram of the same type and it works fine. So it may just be a matter of Ram Manufacturer.
Don't think there is any replacement card for it. The display adapter and the touch screen controller are on the same card. You can't use off the shelf vga card to replace it
There should be a calibrate program in your posiflex. If it still doesn't want to calibrate, check whether the touch screen glass is worn out / cracked since you might need touch screen replacement
Hi there i worked for hp for a few years im pretty sure you cant upgrade the graphics but ram is no probs you need to know what type of ram is currently installed ie.ddr1 or 2 i dont think that unit has sdr ram on board hope this is a help to you
