Facing the front of the computer, lay it on its right side and prepare to remove the left side. Remove the two larger screws at the back corners to allow the left panel to be removed. There is a black knob near the lower screw that operates a latch. Push that knob toward the bottom of the computer and remove the panel.

You need to remove The Side-Panel. ( Power Lead out )
locate A small round Button Cell Battery.
As big as a 1p or a Cent Piece. ( Usually silver )
carefully prise the Battery Out For Between 10-15 Seconds, And Replace it. replace the power cable. switch on the computer, the bios has now been reset to it,s factory default settings.
if you are prompted to set date/time enter bios ( F2-del Or esc ) dependant On Bios request.
This Should cure your Problems.

sounds like a corupted file iv seen this before you might have to re format your whole pc soon it will not boot up at all if i was you i would call microsoft they might be able to help with this but i would take everything you want off of it and reformat do you have a factory recovery and if you do use that i think its f8.f9,f10 while its rebooting try one of those i always for get witch one it is but tou should have a factory recovery option when you hit one of those f9 buttons but also wait 15 second before you turn you pc back on b/c you will fry somthing on your board is you do TRUST me on this...

If one beep is coming while turning on this means the system is ok. If there is some issue with display please check cable for monitor once.
