You can download the motherboarddrivers from Intel WEB site. Select your model motherboard/device, and makesure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers that matchesyour Windows operating system.

You can upgrade system memory up to 2Gb and additional can add a AGP graphics card. This is the only way but i'm not recommending this because you can by new generation cpu+motherboard+memory under 10k it will be the better choice than upgradation. Buu AMD CPU ... always better than Intel (comparing the price value)
every mother board have different sound card. you have to install the drivers given to specified mother boards only. i will send you the link for downloading drivers.
1)You need to tell me the make of the system. To help you properly. The place to download drivers is: Make an account first and put the names of your sound and vga cards in to download. http://www.driverguide.com/
Make sure that you know what type of sound card you have and vga card the motherboard has.
2) you can visit the maker of the pc example: http://www.hp.com go to downloads and select your system from there and download all drivers in one go.
