The first thing I would do is a hard reset (simply unplugging it for a couple of minutes) if that has not been done already.
Then one would need to retrieve the technical sheet (mini-manual) found behind the control panel assembly.

or if you want to look at it before removing the controller, you can
download it here. Just enter your model
number from the tag on your unit.If a reset won't fix it, I would bet there is a loose connection where one of the boards connects to another, or some contamination from grease or steam, etc., at one of those connectors.
A lot of time one can unplug then reconnect the connector, and that will clean it. Or one can unplug the connector and clean the contacts with a soft pencil eraser.
